Moka Exclusive was meticulously crafted, with every detail carefully studied to create a new Made in Italy icon reminiscent of vintage style. The design features super glossy colours, a silicone gasket, and a protective coating inside the boiler, while the diamond-shaped knob and the shape of the handle evoke the Moka of the 1960s with a modern and elegant touch.
To brew the perfect cup of coffee, follow these steps:
Start by pouring room-temperature water into the boiler of the coffee maker, filling it up to the level of the safety valve. Do not exceed this level to avoid an overly watery coffee.
Next, choose your preferred ground coffee blend. Caution! The blend should be specifically ground for Moka, not too fine. Generously fill the funnel of the coffee machine, without pressing the coffee down.
For best results, set the fire to the minimum and take your time; it's worth waiting a few minutes longer to enjoy an excellent coffee. When the coffee has completely risen in the drip tray, turn off the heat.
The crucial moment is the taste. To best savor all the aromas released, we recommend drinking the coffee as soon as it is poured into the cup.
The Moka Exclusive features a body made of aluminium, a thermoplastic handle, and a thermoplastic knob. It also has an easy-clean safety valve and is suitable for use on induction hobs with the Bialetti induction plate. However, it is not dishwasher safe.
